Balanced Nutrition Solutions' Unique Weight Loss Program

Lose Weight, Get Fit!

(Cost - $500)

Millions of people join weight loss programs every year in an effort to shed extra pounds and reach their ideal weight. When choosing a weight loss program, it is important that you look for a program that is safe and effective with a weight loss plan that is realistic. Our program is offered by a Registered Dietitian (as opposed to a Nutritionist) who will help you lose weight and KEEP it off in the long run. This program may be the right fit for you if you are motivated and ready to improve your health and understand that safe and effective weight loss requires dedication and takes time.

The Program:

  • Strives for healthy weight loss of 1-2 pounds a week (we do NOT make any guarantees or false claims regarding how much weight you will lose)

  • Recommends a minimum of 1200 calorie diets (programs that put you on very low calorie diets should be RED FLAGS)

  • Promotes losing weight by adopting a healthy diet and active lifestyle and not by using supplements and "diet pills".

  • Focuses on improving overall health in addition to weight.

  • Offers helpful tools to aid in your weight loss journey, such as meal plan, information brochures, regular weigh ins, and ongoing support and guidance from the Registered Dietitian.

What is included:

  • A 90 minute consultation with the Registered Dietitian to assess your medical history, weight history, eating habits and your health goals. The Registered Dietitian will then make recommendations for a nutrition and exercise plan that is personalized and suits your lifestyle.

  • 3 biweekly follow up sessions (45 min each) designed for weigh ins, questions, sharing recipes and nutrition teaching related to your specific goals.

  • Kitchen Makeover

  • Essential tools to support you - meal planning calendar, recipes and educational resources
